Rhode Island Pet Bird Club
About Us
The Rhode Island Pet Bird Club was formed in October 1994 by two
friends who owned birds who were looking for other people who owned and
loved birds to share their experiences and stories of life with birds.
RIPBC is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting avian education,
research and enjoyment. A membership to RIPBC includes monthly meetings
featuring guest speakers such as Avian Veterinarians and Bird
Behaviorists; a subscription to our monthly newsletter, Squawk Talk; our
Annual Photo Contest; access to our full library of books and videos;
activities such as Toy Making, Jungle Gym Making, Raffles, Field Trips,
our Annual Christmas Party and much more. Our Bird Referral Program has
helped place many birds in need of new homes.
Meetings
The regular meetings of the Rhode Island Pet Bird Club are booked for
6:45pm on the first Monday of the month at the Warwick City Hall Warwick,
RI.
